Open Outlook 2007 and choose Tools, Account Settings.





Next you choose New to add a new e-mail account.





Click on Next.





Put a mark in the box on the bottom left as shown on the picture and click Next.



Choose Internet E-mail and click on Next.



Fill in the proper information in the fields and click Next.



Finally click on Finish and the program should be ready for use.
